A behavioural scientist and entrepreneur at heart, Eva is fascinated by the possibilities of predicting human behaviour with data. Prior to founding MorphAIs she led Growth Marketing at the FinTech OptioPay after consulting various tech start-ups on behavioural data products and starting her own company in the event space. Eva holds a Master in Business from the Humboldt University of Berlin, where she majored in Behavioural Science and Advanced Information Systems.

Nico has a track record of over 10+ years of experience in the fields of AI and Machine Learning. He started his journey at the TU Berlin where he received his PhD, following stays at the Max Planck Institute and Microsoft Research. Over the years, Nico published 35+ scientific papers and served frequently as a reviewer and program committee member for internationally renowned conferences. Prior to joining MorphAIs as CTO, he led different teams and applied cutting-edge research to industrial problem settings. At MorphAIs he will establish leading engineering practices for AI and next Gen Venture Capital.

As a behavioral scientist, Tanja is particularly interested in decision making of entrepreneurs and in the field of biased decisions of humans and machines. As a researcher at Humboldt-Universität Berlin she acquired comprehensive skills in applying qualitative and quantitative research methods. At MorphAIs, she leads the Behavioral Science and Psychology department and contribute to strengthening the investment process through the latest scientific insights.

A proud generalist, Max is naturally drawn to perspectives not (yet) taken and fascinated by how technology can be leveraged to shape a more inclusive society. Prior to joining MorphAIs he gained expertise in the field of sustainability in various contexts ranging from consulting to start-ups. Max holds a Bachelor in Sociology, Politics & Economics from Zeppelin University and a Master in Climate Change, Management & Finance from Imperial College London.

Franziska is an expert in IT Recruitment & HR Management with international experience in talent acquisition, scaling tech-companies and defining recruitment processes. She is passionate about people, diversity and organizational behavior. Franziska holds a Bachelor in Communication and Culture Management from Zeppelin University and a Master in Creative and Culture Entrepreneurship from Goldsmiths, University of London.

Starting to code at the age of 8 and deriving his own approximation formulas for π before going to high school, Jan lives and breathes technology and science. Prior to MorphAIs he co-founded and served as CTO for several machine learning companies, including askby.ai. Jan holds a Master in Mathematics from the Technical University of Berlin, where he was part of the university’s renown Machine Learning Group.
